Established at the end of 2017, Suzhou Versabio Technologies, Inc. is a high-tech company affiliated with Zhejiang University Kunshan Innovation Center. It has now grown rapidly into a private science and technology enterprise in Jiangsu Province and small and medium-sized science and technology enterprise in Jiangsu Province, and has been put on the list of high-tech enterprises to be fostered as an introduced enterprise for "Jiangsu Double Innovation Doctor", "Leading Talent for Gusu Innovation and Entrepreneurship", and "Kunshan Double Innovation Talent".  

Committed to R&D and commercialization of noninvasive early screening products for gastrointestinal tumors, VersaBio is the first company globally to have developed both blood and stool DNA based screening products for colorectal cancer. VersaBio has developed multiple core technologies including complex sample pretreatment, rapid methylation detection, precise capture and amplification of nucleic acid, and methylation-targeted enhancement. The founding team members all graduated from US and Chinese universities with advanced degrees, and are experienced in R&D and management of IVD products. VersaBio strives to become the world's leading provider of precision medicine and early disease screening products and to make accurate, fast and fairly priced health services accessible to all people.

The team has filed more than 30 patent applications in the area of tumor precision medicine, published more than 10 research papers in scientific journals, and undertaken 6 provincial- or municipal-level science and technology projects. VersaBio has won the first prize in IVD Group of CMDDEC2020 for its technologies. It has long partnered with renowned scientific, medical and commercial institutions including Zhejiang University, The Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University, and CAS Health.
