Sample requirements and precautions
1.The input sample should be purified DNA with a concentration between 500 pg and 2 μg;
2.Refer to the instructions for precautions.
Storage and expiration date
1.Magnetic bead suspension should be stored at 4°C;
2.The other reagents should be stored in a dry place at room temperature (15-25°C) and protected from sunlight;
3.See each reagent label for expiration dates;
4.Due to its high susceptibility to oxidation, each tube of DNA conversion reagent can only be used once. Do not use if it crystallizes or turns light green.
