Sample requirements and precautions
1. 1.The sample should be a purified DNA sample with the concentration ranging between 500 pg and 2 μg;
2. See the instructions for precautions.
Storage and expiry date
1. 1.The magnetic bead should be stored at 4°C;
2. Other reagents should be stored in a dry place at room temperature (15-25°C) and protected from sunlight;
3.The period of validity is 12 months. See each reagent label;
4. As the DNA conversion reagent is highly susceptible to oxidation, each tube of reagent can only be used once. Don’t use it if it crystallizes or turns light green.
