Urine DNA Extraction Kit (Magnetic Bead Method)

This kit can be used to extract DNA from all urine or cell-free DNA (cfDNA) from urine supernatant by magnetic bead method, featuring an easy and fast procedure. The volume of urine required for a single extraction should not exceed 4mL. The extracted DNA can be used for in vitro diagnostic tests and molecular biology assays such as high-throughput sequencing, fluorescent quantitative PCR and DNA microarray.
